Shark on CBS tonite was a slap against Repugs!!!!!!!!!
Judge is preparing for confirmation hearing.
Wife is murdered.
Judge wants the murderer of his wife found.
Judge has a boyfriend.
Judge is guilty of murder.
Shark is disgusted the judge hides the fact that he is gay to protect his higher than thou image. (something along that line)

THIS IS POLITICAL no ifs ands or buts about even though it is just a show.

7. James Woods is as big a right-wing Bushbot as you will ever see
Which is why I'm surprised he would do a show like this. But on the other hand, maybe I'm not all that surprised--because he is, as you say, an excellent actor, unlike most Republicant thespians.

4. I don't think so
Last week had
shows in 4,5,6,7,8,11,12,2 tied for 13, 16 and 17 of 20 shows. 11 out of 20

Of those I watch:
CSI
Two and Half Men
Criminal Minds
NCIS
Shark
They didn't have How I Met Your Mother, Whispering Ghost, or Numbers in top 20.

FOX had the top 2 slots but American Idol Sucks. Of course FOX sucks totally.

9. Actually, I think CBS has been #1 on the weekly averages of late
Their CSI franchise alone holds several spots in the top 20 shows.

CBS also has a partnership with YouTube--feeding clips from Letterman, Craig Ferguson, NCIS, etc. They say this has given them a substantial ratings increase. I wish more content providers would follow CBS's lead on this.

8. I saw the first half hour of the series and felt the opposite.
The purpose of the show seemed to be to prove that trial lawyers are evil. That's a right wing point of view. I stopped watching pretty quick. The show might have changed, but I didn't stick around to see it.
