Why Bush is not an embarassment
He may pick his nose in public, he may flip-off the occasional reporter, maybe he can't ride a bike or eat a pretzel, so he has the literacy of a fifth grader, he may be a dry drunk and an ex coke head. But.......at least he doesn't have to defend the medals he received in combat!

Obviously, this little factoid is much more important to republicans. While he does live in the Whitehouse, his ranch house is relatively modest compared to the palatial abode of Edwards.

Okay, okay, he illegally invaded Iraq and is personally responsible for the deaths of over 3000 American soldiers and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis. Big deal! It's true he has spent enough money to keep us in debt for the next fifty years, but the look at the economy. We'll bounce back in no time!

Cowardice may not be a virtue, but it keeps you alive!

No, he's not an embarassment, he's just a normal everyday silver-spooned republican. Why can't people see this?

5. They are all an embarrassment ....
He is their leader and example. His nasty non-spirit lives in each and everyone of them.

I walked into a political debate while working at the flower shop last week.
Evidently the progressives were winning against the woman doing the cash register.
That's when she lobbed the deadly "democrats are all rich" bomb. Their kids never attend public schools! Like 'Pelosi'. (Pelosi???) The hypocrisy escapes her.

A couple of the gay designers mentioned they knew our governor is among their ranks, having heard experiences from their acquaintances. She was more than ready to end the conversation.
"It's Valentines. Can't we talk about something else". ahem .. It is tough being a ditto head.

7. Well, I'm a Texan
Not a "moved to Texas and bought a hat" Texan, but a born and bred Texan. So, I know better than the rest of you that everything is bigger in Texas. Proof- HAve you ever seen a bigger fool than Bush? Gotcha!

10. "Nice" little dig against Edwards.
Bush's native limestone "ranch" house is over 10,000 sf set on over 1,500 acres; the Edwards estate is supposedly 28,000 sf on 102 acres. What's a lousy 18,000 sf and 1,400 acres among friends?

12. yes, he is the very poster boy for Meritocracy!
I can understand how the bootstrap crowd loves him so much! I mean, look at the way he grew up in hardship and through hard, honest work was able to rise through the ranks and into several successful careers. Everything this man has, he has earned, and earned with no help from his family. He is a role model for children everywhere, both for his ...

I can't continue this charade.

ugh. excuse me while I go puke. I honestly do not understand how anyone can think this guy is golden. Seriously. I know there aren't too many out there, but I have personally overheard people say things like how they'd vote for him again if they could, and how he's done such a good job with things like Iraq and Katrina (seriously!).... If ignorance is bliss, these folks must be some real happy motherf'ers.

Then again, I guess that's it. He really is the poster boy for people too ignorant to even be able to recognize that they brought a plastic spoon to a knife fight.
