Was it normal for the so-called "liberal media" to donate to Bush? Or even the Swift Vet liars?

Was it normal for the so-called "liberal media" to donate to Bush? Or even the Swift Vet liars?
Case in point: NBC's Melissa Stark. She's otherwise known as "Mrs. Melissa S. Lilley", wife of Goldman Sachs bond trader, Michael Lilley.

(see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melissa_Stark)

Michael Lilley donated $2,000 to Bush in 2004, and pitched in $250 to the Swift Vets, so they could smear John Kerry.

(see: http://www.fundrace.org/neighbors.php?search=1&type=loc&addr=4+BINGHAM+HILL+CIRCLE&zip=07760

and http://www.campaignmoney.com/political/527/swift_boat_vets_and_pows_for_truth.asp?rpg=16)

"But that's just her husband!" you may say.

Not quite, because under the fundrace link, a couple of entries under "Mr. Michael B. Lilley" of Rumson, NJ, donating $2,000 to George W. Bush in 2004, there's also a "Mrs. Melissa L. Lilley, National Correspodent (sic) N.B.C." of Rumson, NJ, donating $2,000 in 2004 to George W. Bush.

(see, again: http://www.fundrace.org/neighbors.php?search=1&type=loc&addr=4+BINGHAM+HILL+CIRCLE&zip=07760)

What was that again about the "liberal media"?
