Is there any news about the Florida congressional race

that was being disputed in the courts and in congress. I haven't heard anything for a while and wondered if it had been settled.

1. i think sen boxer is doign something about it in the senate.

i don't think the results will be changed. i am hoping the dem runs again, tho'. it appears that she did and can beat the yahoo that 'won'. our new governor is requiring paper trails. it would be nice if the ballots could be changed to add 'none of the above' also. that way the ballot could not be finalized unless all candidates and issues were marked, one way or the other.
