The rightwing wants Obama to "set the Democratic party free from its Clinton captivity."
Edited on Sat Feb-24-07 09:27 AM by wyldwolf
Bill Clinton, who interrupted our thousand year reign, who thwarted us at every turn, who showed what amateurs the Reagans and the Bush's were at economic stewardship, and his god damned uppity and meddling wife who dares to speak even today without being spoken to. Yes, please for OUR sake Obama, set the Democrats free from Clinton captivity, so we can slice into your tender belly ...

2. I think your post is somewhat misleading
I thought that the message body was a direct quote of Kristol's but I couldn't find it in the article. I agree that it's a fair analysis of his actual message, though. Just could've been set off better.

4. Not to fall vicum to RW plans
But as a small R I like Obama pretty well. I assume stuff like Geffen's beef goes on all the time in both parties, we usually just don't hear much about it.

5. "Environmentally prophetic Al Gore"? Kristol even gets it right once in a while.
"Obama is running an impressive campaign. But if he ultimately falters because voters think him too inexperienced--then the experienced, antiwar-from-the-start, and environmentally prophetic Al Gore is waiting in the wings."

Never thought Kristol could say something to make me smile, but there it is.
