What makes emails and a few attorney purges
much more provable than the other highly documented crimes against the constitution? Is this a path that avoids other questions so this is the main one the House has decided to take? Just asking for opinions.

1. No. This is the thread that unravels the sweater.
Just pull.

2. So emails in one document dump will lead to the string that binds all crimes
together?

4. Nope, they have a lot more than the doc dump. My analysis is that the Dems have
information that they haven't made public yet.

Hillary called for Gonzales' resignation a week before the document dump.

How many times have you heard Hillary call for a resignation?

Was Al Capone innocent of all crimes except tax evasion? Certainly not.

5. In other words, the opening they need.
Yes, I'm fully aware Gonzales has lied and certainly has obstructed. Also, though Libby committed perjury and obstructed justice, that focus was narrow (like Capone's) and outcome narrow to the crimes committed in that case, but has to be pursued further as well.

6. There are six years of crimes to look at and we've had subpoena power for
2 months.

Prosecuting any of those crimes depends on USAs, so perhaps that's a good place to start.

3. Nope. They have the Attorney General lying under oath and probable cause

to suspect various congress critters and White House aides of obstruction of justice.

This is also current since the crimes just took place. They have witnesses in the form of the fired USAs

When the committees start looking into the cooked intel and other aspects of this administration, I bet their will be more proved in those areas as well.
