1. They are going to wait and see if there vote matters...
If it doesn't they will be against the appropriation

If it does matter they will reluctentaly vote for the appropriation as they need to be concerned for the troops and be sure they get blah blah blah blah blah

They are disgusting and Obama is learning fast that you have to leave your balls at the door if you want to get anywhere.

3. You mean the Senate discussion going on, right? Usually, they set up
supportive Senators from committees with an immediate monetary interest in the bill first (as is going on now), then work up the ladder. This has become so convoluted, though, I wouldn't be surprised at any exception to the SOP.

Have we confirmed whether or not he's there? Is he gonna bother to show up for this vote? I find it amusing that he evidently doesn't go to work anymore.

7. I would hope that they
and any other Democratic '08 presidential hopefuls realize that if they vote yes they can all but kiss those hopes goodbye.
