I Think Obama, Edwards, And Clinton Can Handily Defeat Their GOP Opponents

I think Edwards is the strongest candidate of the three but not by much, not by much at all...I think Clinton is a slightly stronger candidate than Obama but not by much...

That being said, anybody that thinks that the right wing attack machine will only go after Hillary is either misguided or disingenuous... If Edwards gets the nomination the reich wing will depict him as a pampered metrosexual and will have him in a tutu by the time the election is over... If Barack Obama gets the nomination the reich wing will try to make Osama bin Laden his running mate...

We need to be prepared to fight back...

Thats how deep a grave this republican party has dug itself at this point. I don't think I have ever been so sure of anything like I am of a victory for whoever we put up in 2008. So its good to be the nominee this round, whoever that will wind up being.

I thought it was pretty clear when I said Painting a BLUE D on a head of lettuce could beat the repuke field that they have running now.

I have a low post count, but I have been a member of DU since 2002. That's why I haven't posted much because of the stroke, That sometimes my words don't come out right.

I know how it gets during election time, like I said I have been a member since 2002.

I read "win over" as "win their support," or "overcome any resistance," rather than "win above the opposition."

My Dad had a stroke but on the right side of his brain -- didn't affect his words, but affected his sense of space and time. Anyway, your words were fine, I just misinterpreted. Hope you're recovering!

Bush has destroyed his own party. I guess I can give him credit for that accomplishment.
