Only Arrogance Could Sink Clinton Now
Time to face the facts: Hillary Clinton is running away with the nomination. We are looking at a landslide in the primaries. As I have said (many times) she hasn't even used all the resources at her disposal yet. Some who deeply hate Mrs Clinton are going to be very depressed when she pulls out the heavy guns for the Iowa caucuses. Every big name Dem you can imagine is going to be in Iowa stumping for Clinton prior to the voting. She wants to win by a large margin to erase any doubt. And I believe she will.

Unless she gets cocky. Her staff and supporters are apparently fast on their way to that point.

If Mrs Clinton does not continue to give a full effort, or if she behaves like some of her supporters, the people of Iowa may give her a big surprise.

If she continues to be focused 100% on the goal of a convincing, swift end to the nomination process, then I think there is no stopping her. She is going to make history.

with the illusion that we are part of that machine?

11. Depends
If we choose her only because we think she can win, then it would be partly our fault. If she runs a poor campaign, then it will be at least partly her fault.

If we pick her her mainly because we she best represents our views, and if she runs a great campaign, then I'd say no blame needs to be assigned. Can't win 'em all.

13. That's because the term is distasteful
Truth is, she's running a stellar campaign. She has enough money, and her effort is excellent from top to bottom.

Call it inevitability if you like. But the chance of someone in this field beating her is pretty slim. She's in great shape.

8. She is already cocky. If M$M covers the Penn affiliation she will sink like a rock
Hopefully the unions will make a serious effort to get Penns activities out in front of all their members and the rest of the public.

She must be defeated and soundly. I supported the big Dawg but his recent calls for "Jack Bauer" types to torture 'bad guys' nauseates me. And what I have learned about the after effects of NAFTA - well, I'm ashamed to say that I trusted him so much that I never looked into the effects of NAFTA until after it passed.

He screwed the American worker and gave a huge gift to corporations with that one. Penn is a strong corporatist, as is HRC - based upon her "health" plan which is truly a huge INSURANCE plan, a gift to the insurance companies more than a health care plan for the people.

HRC must be defeated. And I believe she will. The corporations are very interested in convincing people that she is invincible. Murdoch wants to sell that also. She isn't.

27. Naw...I don't think so.
He's found a venue for ideas that have been important to him his whole life and he's making the most of it. Nothing soft about that.

I'm in a minuscule, tiny, tiny, minority that doesn't want him to run for president because he is uniquely positioned to do something tangible that will help us all. We have plenty of options with the current dem candidates to get this admins mess cleaned up. He can work on saving the planet.

There's always the possibility of something strange happening. In fact, its safe to say that before its over, something strange will definitely happen. Happens every time.
