Okay DU, I know you'll have the answer... How many...
...Rape-Publicans have won a Nobel Prize? How many Dems? How about in contemporary times?

Just want to slip a couple of extra arrows into the quiver.

5. Teddy Roosevelt left the Republican Party in 1912.
He became a Progressive, because his party had become too entrenched with economic hitmen and big corporations.

Bully for him. I wish more Republicans were that brave.

8. But he won the prize before then. So I guess we still have to chalk one under the "R" column.
If they can call themselves 'the party of Lincoln' when in fact Lincoln left the party, they're not going to give this one away.

7. I don't know.
But some repuke strategist mention on CNN this a.m. that she thought winning a nobel peace prize had to do with peace issues. And I'll bet she wouldn't have said that if a repuke had won the prize.
