1. He would have to campaign there and even then it would be a long shot.
He won't do that.

The beauty contest is going to be all name recog and Hillary dominate Kucinich, Dodd & Gravel in that respect.

2. He removed his name from the ballot. He's an honorable man.

3. His name is still on the ballot
He tried to remove it, but didn't do it the right way, so he's still on.

9. No idea.
I still have no confirmation that Biden filed his paperwork so maybe Dennis still has an out.

11. The article says Dennis is considering going to court. How would Biden's
situation affect Dennis?

12. See this is where it gets weird.
Biden may have filed his paperwork but none of the news stories have said so.

Biden has an announcement out and said they were taking formal steps to remove himself from the ballot.

However, the media has cited each of the other 3 as submitting paperwork but Biden is not mentioned as having done so.

Even in stories detailing the problems Dennis had they still don't come out and say Biden was one of the people filing paperwork. I imagine he has but I have yet to see confirmation.

I am not sure what Dennis's case would be but I think he may just drop it as his campaign may not be able to afford such litigation.

13. I was at a meeting where our state chair spoke last night
Biden, Obama, Edwards and Richardson are out.
Clinton, Dodd and Gravel are in.
Kucinich tried to get out, but there's some controversy about the fact that he didn't file properly. For now, at least, he's still in.

I seriously doubt we will participate in the primary. I'm fairly certain we'll go back to our original caucus plan, which is actually still officially what we're doing. They haven't voted yet to participate in the primary.

The state chair is going around the state and getting feedback from people active in the party. The room last night was unanimous -- everyone said forget about the primary and go back to the caucus. It's time to cut our losses and stop fighting. It was a mistake.
