I'm feeling nostalgic for the Clinton administration
Let's stroll down memory lane.

A former business partner of the late Commerce Secretary Ron Brown testified in U.S. District Court Monday that Brown had told her President and Mrs. Clinton supported a White House plan to sell seats on international trade missions to raise campaign contributions.

Hill painted a picture of her friend Brown as furious with the White House, and especially first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, for instigating the plan. "I'm not a tour guide for Hillary," Brown complained privately to Hill, according to her account.

Brown's business associate also testified that toward the end of his life the Commerce secretary had said he was just "doing my chores for Hillary Rodham Clinton." Hill further said Brown resented the first lady and the "Arkansas crowd" of insiders for perverting the trade missions, with the apparent blessing of the president himself.

1. Nothing like using the dead
After all, the dead can no longer speak for themselves so we have to take the "word" of others....hearsay isnt applicable in a court of law, just in a presidential primary , I guess. I'm nostalgic for the Clinton administration too....cheap student loans, cheap gas, 23 million new jobs, 8 years of peace and prosperity, the twin towers standing.

2. And don't forget....
the ability to purchase a home. Now we are all stuck just trying to hang onto the one we have which is decreasing in value with every passing day. Oh....and my hubby and I used to get such nice big tax returns. We were always able to put a nice chunk into savings with our return. Now we are all lucky if we don't end up owing Uncle Sam. But the rich people get some nice tax breaks because we in the middle and lower classes are footing the bill for more wars and more weapons. I dearly miss Bill and Hillary. Life was much better for the little people over those eight years.

3. Welform reform, NAFTA,
The Telcom Act.

Ah yes, those were the days...

That helped pave the road to today.

Us welfare queens weren't worthy of that peace and prosperity. But corporate welfare is alive and booming!!!

http://www.cnn.com/ALLPOLITICS/1998/03/23/trade.sale/

I went looking for other info about this... all I could find were sites like Clinton body count and ultra right wing smear pages and kook sites.

Edit to add: oh yeah... I remember all this after a google refresher....
I'm really wondering what people are going to do next to smear Sen. Clinton.
I just love bringing up debunked right-wing kookery from Falwell, Inc.
