The Media will Completely Ignore the McClurkin thing...
as well as the recent thing dealing with Hillary. They will ignore it because the media is not going to attack any religious person...period! The McClurkin thing is really already a non-issue everywhere outside of DU.

5. So now Homosexuals and their friends are "bots", will the bigotry ever end?
Edited on Mon Oct-22-07 06:19 PM by Solon
That's a rhetorical question.

9. I feel sorry for you. I really do.
How can anyone live with such hatred inside of them?

7. Your links support the OP
One is a press release from Time Out, another is a very brief AP story based on the press release which includes this non-damning passage:

==In a telephone interview Monday, Besen said he admired Obama, but wasn't ready to endorse him, especially considering McClurkin taking part in the campaign's "Embrace the Change" concert tour.

"I think he'd be a great president. But I think it's going to drive away support from people who are on the fence such as myself," Besen said.==

The third as a column from dedicated Obama opponent Ear Ofari Hutchinson, who never has a positive thing to say about Barack.

Thin.

8. The OP said the media would ignore it
Not that nobody would refuse to vote for him or change their vote because of it. The media isn't ignoring it.

so I'm not sure if this "non-issue" will be ignored:

Associated Press/Group to Obama: Drop Singer From Tour

The National Journal Hotline's continuing the story from Huffington to Atrios:

10. Of course someone will MENTION it...
I mean, it won't be as big of an issue. The MSM will ignore it as in CNN, MSNBC, etc. They won't talk about it every night and stuff.

14. I am sure they will cause they sure as hell ignored
the Jeff Gannon aka James Dale Guckert .....Now what was this gay escort doing so many times at the White House when there were no press briefings that day. Just who was Jeff visiting? The press should go after this story as much as they went after Clinton and fellatio.....There is a story there folks but this liberal media will not go there.....Just the same as they let O'Lielly skate on his perverted phone sex......WOW! What a press corp we have.....

your beloved Reverend Obama is NOT going to get a chance to bring his "kingdom on earth" to fruition. :D

And while I have your attention, have you heard how his GOSPEL GAYBASH FEST is going this weekend? has he changed any of those homophobes into being pro gay, since, after all, that is the whole purpose of the event according to his DU supporters? just wondering. i will be anxious to hear about the results. :hi: :D
