Is America being taken over by fascists?

Is it true, is America being taken over by fascists? What is a fascist? And what freedoms have they taken away already, and how does it affect me? Everyday I wonder what does it all mean. I'm 62 years old, and I worry about my future. How will I take care of myself and my wife if social security doesn't do it when I reach that age. I watched Katrina in horror when the president didn't do anything to save those people. Am I next? The fire in San Diego has wiped out tens of hundreds of homes. Now I hear that somebody was shot to death when he was suspected of starting part of it. Why would they do that, why would they kill a suspect? Who was the fire starter working for, what was his motive? We will never know, but what does it matter, San Diego is at the mercy of a government that will most likely turn it's back on its citizens. Not because they really want to, but because those who control the money have already committed the money elsewhere - Iraq and the war on the middle east. So in these modern times when the rest of the world has come to realize that protecting and caring for their citizens is their first priority, we Americans treat the elderly and homeless with great disdain. Like it's their fault for growing old or getting sick. I don't remember a time when the Food and Drug Administration did anything to protect us citizens from being fed and prescribed bad food and drugs. We live in a time when falling through the cracks means you can't own anything and you have to be completely destitute, like a illegal Mexican immigrant. If you don't have health insurance and you're not an illegal Mexican, forget about getting any health care. I think the fascists have taken over but most of us don't know it yet. Be safe, don't let a hurricane blow your house away or a fire burn it down during a natural disaster.
United we stand divided we fall. Is that written somewhere in our Constitution? What does it actually mean, anyone have clue?

However, have they taken over? No. They are still working steadily to sink the country and have it become a Big Brother, authoritarian government. They are however, one group of people, so it's not in question, who these people are. We are able to stop them.
