I don't support Clinton
Edited on Thu Oct-25-07 10:41 AM by cali
but the desperation of those who see her as the anti-Christ is getting just strange to watch. And funny. They claim despite increasing evidence, that she can't be elected. I've seen claims suggesting she's going to appoint conservative Justices, bomb Iran, is in some conspiracy with bushco and will continue assaulting our civil liberties.

You're off the rails if that's what you consider meaningful criticism. And it looks increasingly desperate.

(waiting for the accusations that I really do support her, and that I'm some kind of deep cover mole)

3. As a Hillary supporter.
One of the reasons I respect you is your rationale. You may not support my candidate of choice, but Your not foaming at the mouth. Believe it or not when I read your posts, it's done with thought and not just discarded.

6. I don't support Clinton either. And I am one who has doubts she can be elected.
Edited on Thu Oct-25-07 10:31 AM by saracat
But I think any Democrat has a chance this year. I believe her margin of victory would be slimmer than the others in the General.Unfortunately that makes for a more easily "stolen" election. I don't know about the other allegations, but I consider her a "corporatist" and there is ample evidence she is and she tends to surround herself with questionable people of bad repute as illustrated by Mark Penn. And Hsu. She is certainly involved with Rupert Murdoch.

If people are getting "desperate" it could be that they are "desperate" to save this nation from what they believe she represents. But I agree that ad hominom , speculative attacks do not help their cause. OTOH, I can't understand the many "attacks" from the Hillary Camp on other candidates when she is allegedly so far ahead. Why don't they just cheer on "their girl" and ignore the others?

And now I am prepared to be called a "freeper, troll, liar, and stupid" as I frequently am labaled for not supporting or respecting the front runner.

10. your post is reasonable
you don't do the no way can she be elected thing, and you recognize political realities. That's the difference, and you aren't attacking her personally as far as i know.

8. Gurrlll you don't owe them nothin...I don't support Clinton either but I swear
sometimes I wish I did. All the shit and fucking filth spewed @ her makes me wish I did. Shit, I can't stand any of the shit flung @ any of our candidates.

I see more hate towards Democrats here than on freakrepublik. What I do find funny is that all this craziness is uniting the two-sides. Neither freaks nor 'Progressive Purists' want any Democrat in the field to win. I think the only ticket both the freaks and the purists would support is Dennis Kucinich and Cindy Sheehan.

Personally I'd respect them more if they'd get off their computers and get out and do something for the candidate they support. Rather than sit and type all day. I took time off to do some volunteer work. Man coming back here and seeing the same shit posted day after day puts it all in perspective.

I'm voting for the nominee. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

I don't care who y'all pick in the primaries. So stand around and fling shit @ each other like animals. I don't care. My GOAL IS TO BEAT THE FUCKIN SHIT OUT OF THE GOP in all 2k8 races!

I just hope you flingers have enough energy left to take the fight the GOP.

THAT IS ALL...

to make a post that you do not support Clinton when it doesn't take a genius to make a determination of who supports who on this board with a few posts.

23. Desperation of the Clinton supporters. ARE they ones who post
about every three or four messages basing threads about Clinton by the Obama folks. Looks like they are the ones messing their pants because he is falling further and further behind. So bash Hillary is their approach to campaigning. Damn. and someone has the nerve, the actual gall, and underhandedness to say the Clinton's are desperate.

I'D LIKE TO SEE ALL THE OBAMA BASHING THREADS AS OPPOSED TO THE CLINTON ONES. COULD SOME ONE POST ALLL ALLL ALLL THOSE KINDS OF THREADS.

Clinton's not my first choice but the hate and mindless rage I see directed at her saddens me and will make it easier for me to back her if she's the nominee.

or at least some of them who are like rabid dogs in attacking if they consider something negative has been said about her. The ones who just try to explain her points help her a lot more than her attack dogs and that of course would apply to any candidate.

34. Whatever!!
1) GE polls at this point don't mean shit, so increasing evidence does not exist.

2) Saying she can't be elected is not seeing her as the anti-Christ. It's legitimate concern about her electibility.

3) I agree about your other points, but I've seen the same thing directed at other candidates - not as much, but some.
