Flynt "hoping to expose a bombshell"... Making me smile....
Larry Flynt, editor and publisher of Hustler magazine, just told FOX Business Network’s Neil Cavuto that he’s “hoping to expose a bombshell” that will stand “Washington and the country on its head.” Within the next week or two, he says his magazine will expose a sex scandal of huge proportions involving a prominent United States Senator. Flynt refused to comment on the Senator’s political affiliation, but alluded that he or she is a Republican.

Wonder what he has found now?

76. Well, the Holy Trinity are said to be McConnell, Graham and Mikulski.
I think Mikulski just doesn't comment. I think she has a good voting record, too. I certainly hope he doesn't go after her.

Who knows, though, with Larry Flynt, it could be ANYTHING. I'd love it if he had pictures of Kay Bailey Hutchinson and John Bolton at Plato's Retreat! Though I don't think I'd want to see them, necessarily--I've just had brunch....

That would be too perfect. We don't really need a sex scandal to take McConnell out, and losing Trent would mean losing their backstop leader. They'd be reduced to a random mob just in time to lose the filibuster power in '08. They'd be worse off than we ever were.

27. Naaah. Trent's our friend, these days. He's always been an advocate for a STRONG Congress.
Why do you think they made such a big deal out of a racist senator's pandering, gushing praise to another old racist senator at the latter's stupid little birthday party? They wanted Trent GONE. They got what they wanted, and put Frist-the-Toadie, the Rove puppet, in instead.

Believe me, we can work with Lott. He's a pragmatist, and he gets along VERY well with (no shit) John Kerry and Ted Kennedy, on a personal level, anyway. He's a king of Quid Pro Quo. Give him and some of his favored minority a few perks added on to a bill, and he'll herd those cats for us.

Trent is an old style Republican, not one of Satan's spawn.
Since the NeoCon Radical Fundamentalists threw him under the bus, he has been distancing himself, and now sounds quite moderate.
He is a little slow and backwards, but workable.

7. I bought the October issue of Hustler because it had an article by Stephanie Miller in it.
My first thought was, "Since when did they start charging $11.95 for dirty magazine?"

But when I got it home, I discovered that it had a 90-minute DVD of hard-core porn inside, too.

My second thought was, "Where else can you get 90 minutes of hard-core porn on DVD for $11.95 with a free article by Stephanie Miller?"

Anyway, I highly recommend Hustler Magazine now.

It's chock full of political articles and political cartoons, as well as hours of porn that the whole family will enjoy.

71. The last time I bought a Playboy, it was because Claudia Christian was in it, and she's "on my list"
See:

Laminated list
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A laminated list, sometimes called a freebie list, is a short list of celebrities agreed on by a couple as so attractive to one partner that he or she has standing permission to sleep with any of them if the opportunity, however unlikely, ever arises. The idea was popularized by the TV series Friends and has since become a larger trend, showing up for example on blogs and online forums.

The list is laminated to indicate that the names, once chosen, will not be changed. One convention is that the list include only celebrities and not friends or acquaintances, in order to make it more palatable to the creator's significant other, because the situation is unlikely and because there is no risk of bringing in personal feelings about real acquaintances.

The concept has inspired a recurring fund on the Hollywood Stock Exchange.<1> When active, this fund invests mostly in the 20 actors considered most "hot and nummy" by an unscientific poll of the user community.

Claudia Christian
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Claudia Ann Christian (born August 10, 1965 in Glendale, California) is an American actress, writer, singer, musician, and director.

She is most famous for her role as Commander Susan Ivanova on the science fiction television series Babylon 5. She left the series unexpectedly following the fourth season, when contract negotiations for the fifth and final season – aggravated by the possibility that there would not be one – broke down.<1> (Her appearance in the series finale was filmed during the fourth season). Before Babylon 5, Christian was best known for her feature film roles as a stripper possessed by an alien serial killer in The Hidden (1987), a police department psychologist Susan Riley in Maniac Cop 2 and as model Hexina in Hexed (1993).

Always much admired amongst sci-fi fans for her physical characteristics, she posed nude for Playboy Magazine In October of 1999.

My guess is Mitchy McConnell. It could also be one of the recent retirees (besides Larry Craig), because I'm sure they could see this coming if it was one of them--and retirement might be a way out of the spotlight.

No US Senator short of the current crop of presidential candidates could stand "Washington and the country on its head" except for a few.

Since he's alluding to the Senator being a Republican, that leaves maybe two - McCain and Thompson.

I've already heard things about Thompson that would supposedly surface if he ran - since he's a tough-guy actor, that would also impact his acting career.

Republican senators get nervous enough to suddenly announce their retirement. So many of them have skeletons in their closet that whenever Flynt says he's ready to expose someone, I bet they all get really, really nervous, and some start thinking about making a break for it ahead of the exposure.

72. I appreciate that but still - for several months he's been saying that
I'd rather he just speak when he's ready to expose.

69. FLYNT MUST WAIT UNTIL AFTER BESHEAR TAKES OFFICE IN KENTUCKY FIRST!!!!!!!!!
Beshear will win, but won't take office until December! If this is about Mitch McConnell, Flynt has to wait until after Beshear becomes the governor so he can appoint a Democrat. If this is about McConnell and it's as bad as it sounds, then Mitch will resign before Fletcher leaves office so they can appoint another Rethug to the seat. This can't happen!

70. To my recollection, Flynt hasn't delivered on any of his 'bombshell' promises in the last few years
I'll believe this one when I read it.
