Conservatives less likely to give treats to children on Halloween (survey)
Edited on Sun Oct-28-07 11:09 AM by antiimperialist
My suspicions have been confirmed. Conservatives are more likely than us liberals to be a-holes.

"Nearly two-thirds of the people in the survey said their households will distribute Halloween treats to children who come to call. Seventy percent of people in the poll who consider themselves liberals and 67 percent of the moderates questioned said they would hand out treats, compared with 55 percent of conservatives."

No wonder they are against SCHIP.

5. Well, apparently 45% do
But, yes, that's the major reason they don't participate.

You would get similar results if you asked them "How many of you will take your children to see Harry Potter?"

7. Kids don't
Usually, true conservatives turn off their light and go to church to pray for the souls of the wicked.

8. Most likely the lights at home are off
and they're employing the wide stance at a public restroom somewhere.

10. Halloween is
the only holiday that offers brings a community together and offer a gift and ask nothing in return. Sounds rather liberal Christian to me. I can certainly understand where neocons would have a problem with that!
