Presuming we aren't going to deport every single person who is in this country without documentation, and further presuming they will drive from time to time, isn't it better to have them be insured?

It will just mean that they won't undergo testing and they won't have any ID to produce if they hit you.

of attraction is jobs. If you dry up the jobs, you won't have
to deport anybody. They will buy their own ticket to leave.
