Has Kerry ever voted against a trade bill?

This is not flamebait, and I promise not to jump on anyone's answer.

I just found it interesting that when Kerry defends himself on trade, the only thing he points out is that he and Edwards both voted for PNTR. Is there anything in Kerry's legislative record to show that he isn't 100% for free trade?

1. He wanted an amendment to one once,

the amendment was defeated, but he voted for the bill anyway. Someone else will have to get the bill # and actually which one it was.

2. I posted a NY Times article earlier today which said he's never voted

against one.

Edwards, apparently, voted against even the China bill after some of the labor protections were removed in the final version.

I think it said he only voted for a Jordan-US trade bill because Jordan protects workers rights and has environmental protections too.

Edwards is not anti-trade, or market-protectionist. He just trying to protect the value of the one thing most Americans have to exchange for money--their labor.

Any coincidence that a man who only had his labor to trade would think like that?

And coincidence that a many who makes most of his money from other sources thinks differently?

Well Im not aware of him voting against any trade bills, but He did vote against most of the upgrade bills for the military ie M! abrams,F15/F22 ETC. This guy is bad news I hope Edwards pulls a rabbit out of his hat soon.
