Daily Presidential Tracking Poll
Wednesday, December 12, 2007
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows that the race for the Democratic Presidential Nomination is in single digits again. It’s Clinton at 36%, Obama at 28% and Edwards at 13%. Joe Biden and Bill Richardson are each supported by 4% of Likely Democratic Primary Voters. (see recent daily numbers).
The race is even closer in the earliest voting states. In Iowa, new data released today shows little change despite the frenzy of campaign activity over the past two weeks. In New Hampshire Obama has gained ground and now has a three-point advantage over Clinton, 31% to 28%. Two weeks ago, Clinton enjoyed a seven-point lead. A Rasmussen Reports analysis of the race earlier this week noted how the entire dynamic of the race has changed.
