Hillary To Do Letterman Tonight
By Greg Sargent - January 2, 2008, 4:06PM

We've just heard from an in-the-know TPM reader that Hillary will be making an appearance on David Letterman's show tonight, which is an interesting move given that it's right on the eve of the Iowa caucuses.

The Hillary campaign confirmed the appearance to us. More in a bit.

Late Update: Asked for a comment, Hillary spokesman Howard Wolfson emailed: "Tune in!"

2. Turnabout's fair play, I suppose.
And Tom has a lot more going for him than Monica.

Oh, wait. You meant the other kind of "do".

:)

10. True enough and I am VERY glad for that!
But all day, on MSNBC they've been criticizing Huckabee, not for crossing the picket line (no, no. They havent even mentioned that). They've been railing him simply for leaving the state. They've been comparing it to Thompson blowing off the NH debate. Which, for the record, I think is a ridiculous comparison.

8. Is she doing a remote from Iowa?
It would seem to be a very bad idea to fly all the way the NYC on the eve of the caucus.

Maybe she'll do an impersonation of Nixon's "Sock it to me?"

Why? Because he's always tough on politicians.
