1. Truth be told, I'd be happy with either him OR Obama as our candidate. nt

3. Edwards is the best speaker. He can evoke images. The others don't.
He coins the best phrases. It's his years of trial experience. Don't write him off. He is just starting to run.

4. I disagree with you there.

It's a great one-liner, but I think Obama is by far the best speaker. Best speaker of any politician America has seen in a long time.

6. So long as Hillary is long gone, I have no problem with either one of ...
these two candidates leading the way in the future... I seriously would like to have a candidate that will restore this country, and send the thugs to the Hague.

Obama isn't a great speaker, but a great speacher (I made up a word, so what :P). When he doesn't have memorized lines, however snarky it might sound, he really turns into Uh-bama. That's why I really would fear watching him in a debate with a Republican.

5. Edwards and Obama are both very gifted speakers.
They have the ability to project both themselves AND ideas/images of something else that is attractive to their listeners.

It's hard to do. Most people do one or the other and the result is either annoying or boring.
