This was an LA Times poll and I misheard what they said. Obama is leading though.

3. Did they by chance mention he who must not be named - Edwards?
Or were they just too busy salivating over the big O and Hillary?

4. I watched CSPAN this morning...
...and then had open lines--anyone could call in.

They had a NH line and another line for everyone else, if I'm not mistaken.

I could not believe what I was hearing. Democrats, Republicans, Independents in HN--voting enthusiastically for Obama.
There was story after story of Republicans switching to Independent so they could vote for Obama. The people of HN
are very independent and they like to decide for themselves. They know the Iowa result, but they want to make the
decision on their own. More power to them. Overwhelmingly, they're listening to Obama and they're coming to the
same conclusion that Iowans did. Obama is the real deal.

This is exactly what happened in Iowa. I was invited to an Obama house party by an acquaintance who voted for Bush
twice and is so upset about what has happened to our country. My husband, a centrist, is for Obama. The Obama
supporters in my precinct (we expected 30, we had 92 at final count) were from all walks of life. There were fathers
with their sons, senior citizens, college students and middle-aged, stay-at-home moms like myself. It was a cross-section
of America.

I've been reading the NH newspapers, and it's evident that this is a phenomena that can't be stopped.

I'm so excited for our country. I feel like the nightmare is ending. The end of Bush. No Hillary.

It's truly amazing and as Obama sweeps the states, I think we're going to see this country united, galvanized
and healed---in ways that we never thought possible only a year or two ago.
