Poll question: Everyone is watching as Obama and Clinton battle it out. It's like Edwards doesn't exist
I don't think the media will ever give Edwards the attention he needs to win, especially if he doesn't come in FIRST in NH.

What should Edwards do?

2. Why would corporate driven MSM speak of Edwards? He's the
candidate that will fight for the people, and that's what they fear most. It's easy to see why the big promos for Obama/Clinton--MSM is playing to their corporate base. What else is new?

4. Can you people imagine the power Edwards would have over the corporation
if he goes on to win the WH in spite of all their efforts to stop him.
Al Franken makes it into the Senate along with many other Dems. And holy moley the congress also.
America is back Baby. :woohoo:

5. It's Okay for Edwards
I think the lack of corporate news media attention on Edwards right now might be okay.

Obama has additional momentum after Iowa -- Clinton is nearing collapse -- that's all we are hearing about.

If Edwards just keeps plugging along, he might actually come in second in New Hampshire.

In other words, his best tactic right now might be to stay out of the wary of all the heavy news/pundit artillery.

Yup, the more I'm thinking about this, I'm inclined to believe that the order of finish in NH might be Obama, Edwards, Clinton.

If Clinton again only manages third place in NH, what does that mean, folks?

6. If the media whores actually admitted that Clinton came in third
They would have to also admit that she's no longer "inevitable". This way they can ignore Edwards and pretend that Hillary is running second to Obama all at the same time. Hell, they continue to ignore Kucinich.

Of course the Repuke debate is excluding Ron Paul, even though he got 10 times more votes in Iowa than 9u11ani did. The whore media is fucking with both sides on this one, and it's not too difficult to figure out why.

8. Patience will be rewarded
We need to be patient - greed is our ally.

Premise: The MSM is making a fortune out of these nomination
races. They get it from increased viewership and from
increased adsales. They will do absolutely everything to keep
it going as long as possible. Even if they are against John's
message they will want to keep a two person fight going as
long as possible. A brokered convention would be their wet
dream.

All John has to do is to keep viable and continue to maintain
his liquidity - he might have to write a couple of big checks
himself. If he can continue to gain on Hillary and pass her he
will become the darling of the media and will get all of the
attention he needs. If Hillary decides it just isn't worth it
anymore they will pump John up.

I love JE but the reality is he doesn't have to win everything
at this point he just has to gain and pass Hillary. If he
cannot do that then he won't make it. He shouldn't get too
aggressive against Obama. Let Hillary do that.

9. Any Edwards supporters that cries that he doesn't get enough media time
needs to look at Huckabee and quit making excuses.

11. I think your sig line shows the reason for this poll..
And the reason why "Keep fighting unless he comes in SECOND in NH" isn't on your list. As though he should somehow pack it in if he is in the top two of both Iowa and NH? What sense would that make? Why does HRC get to keep going if she places third in both (which could happen in your scenario)? Oh right.... MONEY.

The Presidency is not for sale to the highest bidder. Or so we can hope.
