Today's NATIONAL Rasmussen numbers, an Edward's record?
Edited on Sat Jan-05-08 07:10 PM by balantz
"In the race for the Democratic Presidential Nomination, it’s Clinton 38%, Barack Obama 25% and John Edwards 20%"

4. If you read the article you link to 3/4ths of the poll is pre Iowa
The NH poll is more interesting.

"In New Hampshire, Obama leads Clinton 37% to 27% in a poll conducted the night after the Iowa caucuses.

Daily tracking results are collected via nightly telephone surveys and reported on a four-day rolling average basis. Three-fourths of the interviews for the national tracking update were conducted before final results from Iowa were known. New results will be posted Sunday at 11:00 a.m. Eastern. "

30. I was not discounting that, though it could be either a statistical fluctuation
or that he picked up some of the admittedly small numbers Dodd and Biden had.

The point I was making was that this poll is mostly pre- Iowa and in addition it takes a few days for the whole impact - as people speak to each other.

6. So NH is just an Iowa ME TOO state?
Lotta mental independence in those New Englanders according to the latest polls.

They are the NATIONAL numbers.

9. So unless you get in line and give Hillary her nominatin back...
You're no longer a "mental independent". Great logic, Sport.

10. Perhaps
But for an Edwards supporter it is heartening to see his numbers rise out of the mid teens and up to 20%.

19. "Hillary is inevitable"
That's my favorite number one hit from last summer! I didn't think the Hillarians still played that one!

Look at me, getting nostalgic for the classics! My other favs are posting meaningless national polls and keeping us up to date on which D-List celebrities have endorsed Hillary.

20. You know, I've been obsessed with seeing the Ras. National Polling
all day.

I must have clicked on the tracker 20 times. It's part of my morning ritual. It's usually up by 11:00pst.

Not today. The site crashed this morning, to my knowledge, and they still have not updated the tracker graph:

http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/election_20082/daily_presidential_tracking_polling_history

So thanks for finding them.

The tabular still shows no record, but I was glad to finally find the numbers posted on the Rasmussen site.

ground and Hillary is keeping her strength.

27. Come on. People don't post polls and ask for comments unless they
endorse the results when they have a favorite candidate.
