It's missing the part where they were getting down to business - Hillary was telling him to have his people call her people on it and progressive boy was beaming at being included in the bid machinations with important people...

1. I remember him saying that. From Saturday's debate, you can see he was

right. Smaller groups of candidates did work better than the whole crowd getting less time.

I think in the next primary season, all of them should do that. Have multiple debates, with fewer people in each. A sit-down discussion like Saturday.

2. You're missing the point that the progressive candidates were SILENCED

They had no other air time given to them. I am talking progressive as in deeds - not just rhetoric.
You may also think of this one when you feel your candidate is ignored by the media.

6. for that particular event, yes. they were silenced. what I was hoping for

next time is one in which there are similar such debates for all those who are still running. for example, instead of having a few Dems and a few 'cons, have all the Dems one evening or back-to-back evenings. What I'm arguing for is seeing that type of format rather than 10 people trying to get more than 5 minutes time in a 90 minute debate.

7. i would have preferred to see Kucinich in the debates, since I like him too.

I think next time it should be 3 or 4 at a time, with one session following the other either in the same night or back-to-back nights. I'm arguing that it was a better format to have less people at a time.

the mikes were on - because it was during the debate after all.
It was where I came up with the missing parts - I didn't make them up. But nice try - the more defenses, the more credibility...Notice another Edwards supporter on this thread even remembers the exchange...
