You should expect Hillary 3.0 to be rolled out tonight
Assuming Obama wins.... I think Hillary will roll out her new campaign tonight. I don't expect her to be particularly gracious in her speech. You should look for her to hit all kinds of points she hasn't hit before. You might see some new slogans. You can bet your ass you won't see Wes Clark, or someone in a Madeline Albright mask. Hillary is going to have to do whatever she's planning on doing without it looking like sour grapes.

12. Read this
It's about image and perception.

About Iron Lady Thatcher

And a simple Google search for "Margaret Thatcher + tears" turns up many references to what happened on the "Iron Lady's" last day as British prime minister.

As the Daily Mail wrote earlier this year:

One friend says she "hasn't had a single really good day" since her departure from Downing Street in November 1990, when tears smudging mascara down her cheek had to be hastily wiped away with a tissue.

13. Yes and it is very, very wrong.
Your post seemed to say a woman could not be tough and emotional and as a woman I am/was taken aback by threat comment. It is a view one does not expect to see on DU.

14. It's politics, not personal.
And in politics, expectations are set. Hillary runs around alike a tough person talking about experience, leadership, etc. Moments of weakness contradict that. Some people see it that way, and others don't. I don't think there's a right or wrong opinion.
