Euphemisms for Edwards in the press - post 'em as you find 'em
I'll start:
Already some Clinton associates have begun lobbying for her early exit if she loses the primary by a big margin, as polls suggest she could. Several Senate colleagues who have sat on the fence are now in talks with Obama advisers about endorsing the freshman Illinois senator over his more experienced colleague.

where "His" refers to Obama and "more experienced colleague" to Edwards. Edwards is not mentioned by name anywhere in this Wall Street Journal front page article.

1. I'm pretty sure they are talking about Clinton,
not Edwards. It's a bit ambiguous, though.

4. You are right. I had an expectation when reading the article
and I read what I had expected. You are right that they are referring to Clinton.

2. I think "more experienced colleague"...
was referring to Clinton, not Edwards.

3. How could Edwards be considered more experienced then Obama
Tenure in the Senate? Age?

5. Does totally ignoring him count?
DES MOINES, Iowa (Reuters) - Sen. Barack Obama won the Iowa Democratic caucus on Thursday, dealing a setback to national front-runner Hillary Clinton in the first nominating contest of the 2008 U.S. presidential election, NBC News reported.

The Iowa victory buoyed Obama, a first-term Illinois senator trying to become the first black U.S. president, and gave him momentum as he headed into the January 8 primary vote in New Hampshire, where polls showed him in a tight race with the former first lady.

You'd think they were the only two in the race.

6. Fox was doing Sunday wrap up of Iowa and....
spoke about Hill, and Obama and at the very end of the segment they said

' and we aren't even going to mention that other guy.'

So I guess it's " other guy".
