2. It was the same thing in 04. The final result was not even close.

13. Thanks, Mass. I'm probably one of many who wasn't following the race as closely in '04
as I am now, so it's good to have a reality check.

11. HILLARY PEOPLE (me included), CALM DOWN!!!
This doesn't mean anything yet. Deep breaths. Don't get your hopes up too much - better to get a good surprise. Inhale, exhale. That's what I'm doing anyway.

Fingers crossed for a good result, though. :)

16. Why do you have to take a dump every where in regards to Clinton?
Edited on Tue Jan-08-08 08:07 PM by goldcanyonaz
I know Edwards isn't doing all that well, but this ABC crap is over the top.

21. I'm not ABC. I'm a person who watched as H. Clinton was crucified for a decade.....
... ridiculed, attacked, and accused of numerous things until her name became synonymous with undesirable. Then somebody decided she should run, she expoused centrist ideas, showed she was a right wing Democrat, and I said she already had a reputation created by the right wing, and that such a reputation would not make her a good candidate. And I'm not ABC. Her reputation is not my doing. However, what she stands for does scare me and the fact that her husband was about as right wing a Democrat as they come, does scare me.

14. After Iowa voted
exit polling said Obama and Billary were fighting for first with Edwards down in third place. That didn't happen. I doubt hillary wins this tonight.

17. Exit polls are notoriously fuck-with-able
... especially in a year like this year where it's so close.

Wait for the real mccoy to come in.

19. HOLY CRAP!
I can't believe this, how could all of the most recent polls have Obama up by like 7+ points only for this to happen?

I just pray it changes in Obama's favor.

22. its okay
i am a hillary supporter but I can still tell you to relax. Realistically Obama still has this in the bag. Only 17% are reporting. I hate it, but I am still pretty sure that your man is the better man tonight.

Fingers crossed for Nevada, but I think you have this. It's SO early.
