3. You are saying Edwards is splitting the anti-Clinton vote?
Edited on Tue Jan-08-08 08:55 PM by jackson_dem
Where was concern about this when Obama parachuted into the race at the last minute? It is Obama, not Edwards, who is splitting the anti-Clinton vote.

I don't see either of them dropping out any time soon. Why should they?

10. Actually, it requires that he stays in the race.
If Edwards dropped out, most of his votes go to Clinton. That's what the chart correlations seem to indicate. When Clinton goes down, Edwards goes up and vice versa. Save it for the convention.

13. Does that mean that Edwards/Clinton command the majority

of the Democratic voters?

I'm beginning to think we might be headed for a brokered convention.

Does this bring Al Gore back into consideration?

12. That's a sound idea!
That way we'll have the more progressive candidate to go up against Clinton.

14. I agree, if Edwards stays in he gets a nominee he agrees with a lot less
And we get our butts kicked in November in what should have been a landslide election for us, and more neocons join the supreme court and take away more civil rights from us.
