Did "enough" make the difference?
On Saturday, when Obama said to Clinton, "You're likeable enough, Hillary" it rubbed a lot of people (including me) the wrong way. It made it seem that he was saying she was just barely likeable, but that it was sufficient for whatever she needed to accomplish. I don't think he meant it that way. He seemed distracted when he said it (he was writing at the time) and may not have intended for it to come out the way it did.

But I wonder what the outcome tonight would have been had he simply said, "You're likeable, Hillary."

I can't help but think that the comment probably turned a lot of people off - at least "enough" people to make the difference in the race and enable Clinton to come out on top.

Words are powerful things. Even one word can make or break a race.

1. I think crying made more of the difference
It happened in the last 24 hours in which the polls didn't catch. Women came out and felt sorry for her.
