After a tough night and some hours of sleep, I have a question for every Obama supporter
ARE YOU FIRED UP? READY TO GO? Because I am and this thing is just starting! Nevada, South Carolina, Obama will get to you! :bounce:

1. Katz, glad you're feeling better this morning. I felt the same way you did last night after Iowa.
We must get back up and keep fighting!

2. Fired up! Ready to go!
The chants at last night's NH primary party were loud and proud, despite the results. And we've still got 48 more states to go. It's a close race, and it will be a while before anyone wraps up the nomination. But it's more incentive to work our asses off to get Obama elected.

8. New Hampshire was a tie (if you look at delegates)
NH elected 22 delegates to the Democratic National Convention: Hillary 9, Obama 9, Edwards 4

9. An Obama win in NH would have enabled him a greater focus on TT states
(TT = Tsunami Tuesday)

I think the most important problem from his narrow defeat in NH (and I DON'T CONSIDER IT IMPROPER TO WONDER IF THE POLLS WERE RIGHT AND THE RESULTS WRONG, THE WAY WE DO IN OTHER COUNTRIES WHEN IT HAPPENS) is that now the 'mo' spin will require him to emphasize NV and S Carolina even more, and of course will lend greater significance to the 'uncampaignable' contests in MI and FL.

And no one should be confused that MI and FL DO matter as they will have enormous impact on the press and public image. Had Hillary been losing everywhere else up to then, it would have made clearer that Obama runs MUCH more strongly where he has had time to campaign more(the OPPOSITE conclusion from Bill Clinton's claim that the longer after Iowa, the better for HRC) and that this over-time strength of Obama is an indicator of his superior strength politically as a candidate getting the Democratic nomination.

Once again, an issue I would like to see discussed more is how the front loading of the primaries (so many on TT) makes it so much harder for an insurgent candidacy like Obama's.

Also, if Edwards drops out (or fades) especially nationally, who will get his many votes?
