I am happy with either candidate.

I will continue to contribute to both of them, monthly, until one of them is no longer viable.

1. Don't you think they'll just use it to fight each other in the primaries?
I understanding supporting both candidates, I just don't see the value of giving them $$ to use against each other.

2. I hope so
I want the strongest possible candidate. You have an issue with me boosting the Democrats in this election?

4. It just seems like a zero-sum game to me.
Supporting the Dem in the general is one thing. Supporting a chosen candidate in the primaries makes sense to me, too.

Sending money to both of the front-runners in a primary just doesn't seem like it'll accomplish anything. Clinton will use the money to fight Obama...Obama wil use the money to fight Clinton. Neither will be using it to fight against the Republicans.

5. I support Democrats
It's not up to me to worry about how they spend it. I support my party and money is one way to help out. I don't care who wins so long as we have strong candidates.

6. Well, you're certainly free to spend your money however you see fit.
I just don't see how doing this creates "strong candidates".

7. Well, I thought supporting Democrats would be popular here
I guess I was mistaken - people are too angry and polarized here lately to see the big picture.

What a shame :(

8. What are you offering ;)
I think it's time to start picking winners and supporting them - so I picked the top two most likely to be the nominee.
