I believe their content has become more rap video oriented and further away from the direction Mr. Johnson had tried to take it in (talk shows, information shows, even shades -- with one news show -- of a "black CNN" at one point) initially before he sold it.

But that wasn't what the target audience wanted (or wants) to see. Ergo, more rap videos.

I can't help but wonder what they were thinking to even have Bob Johnson campaigning for her. He is not held in high esteem in a large segment of the Black community. Some of her black staffers should have told her this.
