I'll make this clear, I'm still an Edwards supporter, but that shouldn't be a problem to you...

Yes, I know that it's inevitable that a fair amount of rancor occurs in this vetting process that's going on right now.

Frankly, I wouldn't expect any less. Democrats are mostly free-thinkers, passionate in defending their beliefs and just sick and tired of being stepped on since as along as I can remember.

"I'm mad as hell, and I won't take it anymore", should be the theme of the primary season. And you know what? More power to us.

But all in all, we should NEVER EVER give up on eying the gold ring; getting back control in order to reverse years of horrible Republican policies. Furthering the cause of peace and justice, when for so long, so many of our fellow citizens have been cowed into accepting the horrors that we, as a country, have inflicted on ourselves and on others. To actually show that good government is possible, by holding the reigns of constituency and demanding that those we helped to elect own up to their own promises.

In other words, bringing America and the world back from the brink of disaster.

So, I'll make it simple. GO NUTS! Post whatever you want. It's crazy time right now, so go crazy!

But, when the vetting process is over, don't do the Republican's job for them... Because us against us time will be over...

Then it's time for US AGAINST THEM!

2. Agreed in principle
But I'm afraid a lot of this rancor will spill over into the general election season. I hope not, because you're right...if that happens the only beneficiary will be the Republicans.

I too am an Edwards supporter, but I pledge to fully support whoever the nominee turns out to be (hope it's Edwards!)

carries delegates with him to the convention. If he does not have the most delegates, he holds a lot of power by giving his delegates to either Hillary or Obama.

If you are for Edwards, vote for Edwards. I don't vote until 12 Feb. I WILL be voting for Edwards whatever his delegate count is at that time.

4. Since this is such a critical race we can get steamed over our candidates
For sure we want to get the best out there to be our president. Edwards is now my choice, but his chances are looking slim. No matter, my butt will be out there voting dem and gathering up all the good karma possible to get as many dems in Congress and the presidency. That includes finding all the good I can in the chosen one and spreading the word.
