Guy on Hardball said thousands of school custodians and teachers will be disinfranchised if
special treatment is given to other professions over theirs. Interesting.

3. They claim they all have to staff the caucuses at the schools where they work
Thousands of them.

If I was the judge, I'd want a representative sample of caucus staffing relative to staff precinct.

10. My personal experience in this
is that custodians work Saturday mornings, maybe into the afternoon, but not at night. Besides, how many people would that be---1 to 2 custodians per school. That compared to hundreds of hospitality and casino employees per casino.

7. It's a Hillary ploy
Its amazing that three of those that filed this lawsuit were
on the committee that approved the rules for the caucus. It
is also amazing that this only came about after the culinary
union endorsed Obama.

9. Is it more important what motivated the lawsuit or the timing than whether it's right?

Teachers that have chosen to work at caucus sites that are NOT there own.

and on edit: Its shenanigans. Claiming they didnt know about something that happened nearly a year ago is pathetic. "We found out about this only recently". Maybe the should have looked into it sooner.
