The Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments regarding the ruling ordering Kucinich be included in tonight's debate. News 3 will have the latest at 4.

3. Those posts stem from the fact that...
MSNBC lists DK as a participant on their website.

But apparently the Nevada Supreme Court hearing is still in progress.

5. He was in...
but NBC appealed the ruling to the Nevada Supreme Court, trying to keep him out of the debate. The arguments are being heard right now.

7. Thanks Desert
But I am aware of the timeline. MSNBC did not list him at all until around 4pm EST. Maybe they are just hedging their bets.

2. At this point they should just let him in
I really don't want to have listen to his crybaby crap if he is cut out of the loop. And MSNBC did invite him in the first place.
