2. Did he meet the NBC criteria
which were that he had had to have won an online poll. If he did, and didn't get an invite, that's wrong.

15. No, the suit Kucinich brought
was that he was invited, using criteria, and then disinvited. Moot point now. Supreme Court of NV says the corporations win. Nice to know that the courts now say that when you enter into a contract with a corporation, they can void it at their pleasure with no penalties.

16. its their debate
they disinivted him

he was only there because richardson dropped out. and even then, krotch rot's devotees would have been wetting their pampers and ignoring gravel.

hypocrisy is flowing like wine tonight it would seem.

8. watch his ads
:eyes:

The man doesn't even bother speaking in his own ads - 1, 2 - so why should he expect to be considered a serious debate participant?

(That said, I do enjoy Gravel's ads. I just can't take his candidacy seriously.)

14. well, some good people
But if these candidates want to be taken seriously, it would help if they showed signs of taking themselves seriously.

11. He is a candidate, he's in the race, he's been excluded from debates early on

Maybe if DK had taken his cause back then, he would have helped himself too. But we know who engineered it:
