It's Simply Wrong that Dennis Kucinich is Not in the Debate.
Congressman Kucinich is on the ballots all over America. He has not withdrawn like Biden, Dodd and Richardson have done.

I think that most all of us here who even support the three that are debating should be disheartened by Kucinich being excluded by a corporation who is playing god with American democracy.

It's not right.

1. It is 'so not right.'
I'm a Kucinich campaigner, and I believe that he added quite a bit to the debates.

Edwards is my second choice (and I might bolt that way any minute).

I truly resent what I feel is the Corporate Media trying to pick my candidates for me.

2. He is Being Censored... and That Fact Needs to Be Repeated
Edited on Tue Jan-15-08 10:53 PM by fascisthunter
How others cannot be bothered sent me a message tonight. It says Democracy is just a marketing term to get elected in a corporate controlled election process. From debating to counting the votes, the process is compromised by the elite. Shame...

8. The top three are all lap dogs
especially and I hate to say this, Edwards, Mr. I'm gonna take on corporate powers. Well John you had your chance tonight to prove it by taking on NBC.

You and the other two Corporate toadies remained silent in defending Mr. Kucinich one of our very own.

I am not surprised.

13. Perhaps his exclusion from these "debates" was wrong, BUT I
kept wondering what sort of questions were being thought up in the odd case that he was going to be allowed to participate this evening. Only a fool would expect fair, probing and insightful queries. I have imagined what would likely be the content of the questions:

"What is your favorite color of blue?"

"How many bees in a hive?"

"Should women wear white after Labor Day?"

"What is the meaning of life?

"Was Oswald the 'lone gunman'?"

Kucinich would NOT have been asked probing questions that actually explored his VIEWS on government or life, in general. We're now ensconced in a Fascist State and we can abandon any thoughts of intellect seeping to the top.

15. It would have been political suicide for Edwards
but if I were in his shoes, I would have devoted all of my time telling a national TV audience to shut off MSNBC forever, and urging the millions of Democrats around the country to declare open warfare on MSNBC and its sponsors for usurping political power and trying to play a role in selecting the nominee instead of just being the neutral observer and reporter in an election. After telling MSNBC what I thought of it, I would have then turned around to tell Hillary and Barack "shame on you" for not sticking up for the Democratic electorate and appearing at a debate without protesting this dastardly decision. It would have surely been political suicide for anyone to tell a TV network to permanently go shove it where the sun don't shine. But Edwards would have become a folk hero for all time.
