9. In 2001 she introduced a poison pill amendment to that version - rich people mansions
She had to vote for it - as it had her amendment. But Bushco didn't like it one bit - it was the reason he never signed it. he just sat on it.
It was a brilliant maneuver.

Things she liked o she put in - and it stopped the bill from ever being signed.
