Since Hillary won the casino precincts, she doesn't really have an angle for any argument.

That's the way it's set up, the rural voters get more weight, from what I understand it's been that way for quite some time!

Why do I get the distinct feeling that some people on DU don't read any news besides what they happen to find on DU?!

for example, if they award delegates by congressional district.
