If they pull this shit during a general election campaign, we'll lose in a landslide to McCain.

It's embarassing to watch. Obama's biggest problem may be getting his grassroots supporters in line. Dean had similar problems with his troops in 2004.

Don't say those things about the President!! You damage the Presidency!!! (even if they are true, about Bush)

Sunlight is the best disinfectant. If these allegations have no basis in fact then it is better to put them to bed now, before the general election.

4. Maybe you should have a talk with the Clinton campaign. Their win at all cost primary
campaign will destroy the Democratic Party and lead to a Republicans win in the general election. To blame the grassroots supporters for the dirty campaigning of the Clinton party is ridiculous.

13. You mean Hillary's strong, well-organized campaign?
We want a chief executive who's prepared and competent.

Shockingly, she knew in advance that a woman has to be ten times better than a man in any job that goes female for the first time. So she got ready.

Dontcha just hate that?

15. Running a dirty, disgusting campaign does not
make one prepared or competent. Voting for the worst debacle in U.S. History does not equate to competence. Besides the war vote, the Clintons pushed global trade without including worker rights or environmental protections. So tell me, are the Clintons just stupid (b/c any idiot could see where this was going to lead) or without moral compass?

Face it, they tried to suppress the vote in Iowa with the collage kids, then their people filed a lawsuit to suppress the caucus in Nevada.

Voter suppression is against everything this party, and this nation should stand for.

You can't argue the facts, these things happened. Pointing it out is not an unfair attack, nor is it an attempt to be devise. It is simply stating the facts.

If you don't like it then get the Clintons to stop doing it.

You honestly believe Obama supporter never tout him? we would be glad to flood this thread with "touts" if you like. That is the easy part.

"But a source familiar with the case confirmed that Obama is the unnamed “political candidate” referred to in a section of the document that accuses Rezko of orchestrating a scheme in which a firm hired to handle state teacher pension investments first had to pay $250,000 in “sham” finder’s fees. From that money, $10,000 was donated to Obama’s successful run for the Senate in the name of a Rezko business associate, according to the court filing and the source."

What about recounts? Bad if your candidate won already? Sounds familiar...

If the issues are valid and verifiable, then it shouldn't matter whose campaign it's coming from. Right?

I look at any story about such issues objectively and that's not going to hurt anyone's candidacy.

They'll riot if he doesn't get the nomination. They already act like they are itching to become violent even if you dare disagree with Obama invoking Reagan. They act like this is riot foreplay instead of an election cycle. They've even brought out tar and feathers already.

Like we really need to dig those graves up and play with the zombies of our hideous past. Change? That's not moving forward. That's digging up more reasons to add more hate into the atmosphere, where there should be none. Disagree? Yes. Hate? No.

With that much vitriol and nastiness they are sending out, I'm putting in for absentee ballot and mailing my shit in, if there is anything left worth voting for. I don't trust them as far as I can throw them.

Edited on Sun Jan-20-08 06:39 AM by Perry Logan
Thread after thread has appeared, accusing Hillary, her campaign, and anyone who doesn't hate Hillary of all sorts of crimes. These accusations are invariably debunked, usually within a few replies.

But the Obama supporters ignore the debunkings and go on smearing their opponents, repeating themselves over and over again, like nothing so much as wingers. They obviously accept as true any accusations made against the Clinton camp--and make up fresh accusations of their own, to boot. It's a classic example of how NOT to practice politics.
