4. Yet Obama is endorsed by many elected Dems in Missouri and Kansas
Claire McCaskill, the one and only Dem Senator in either Kansas or Missouri, endorses Obama.
In Kansas, 20 members of the State legislature have endorsed Obama.
In Kansas City, Alvin Brooks supports Obama.

The Star serves western Missouri and eastern Kansas.

The last endorsement by the Star, Mark Funkhouser for Kansas City mayor, helped to get Funkhouser elected, resulting in mass disaster for our city. Two important conventions have left the city as a result of Funkhouser's decisions and his inability to work with others. And that's just the beginning of the trouble he has caused.

So the Star doesn't have a very good reputation in the area of wise endorsements.
