Bill Clinton Doesn't Seem Like Himself Lately
As much as I revere Bill Clinton (and he has been the best president as far as I am concerned during my life so far), his recent comments in defense of Hillary don't seem to be in character for him.

Earlier this week I was listening to the Ray Taliafero radio show out of San Francisco and a caller said something about him not seeming to be the way he used to be after his heart surgery. If so, this would not be the first case I've heard of where personalities were altered by extensive surgery conducted under anaesthesia.

I always hate it when someone I look up to self-destructs later in life. Bill Clinton doesn't have to stain his own presidency or reputation for intelligence by going to these desperate lengths to tear down his wife's opponents.

And I don't think he is helping HRC in the least. If anything, he is inflicting damage on her campaign, and he ought to knock it off.

1. I think the one time punch of Hillary using Bill is over.
They focus group and study what they do. They know he had an affect in NH and Nevada, but now it is hurting her.

I thinks Bill will drop back and let things play out for awhile.

2. They are just doing it temporarily
to knock down Obama off his pedestal. He is going to back off by tomorrow. They got the media attention they wanted to bring upon Obama. We can not just look at it like people will think they are picking on Obama. It is a tactic to put someone on the offensive so they are taken off message. South Carolina does not really matter. It has about 54 delegates. California has 440. They are looking forward to the other states. I am not saying it is right or wrong. But I am saying it is politics and the Clinton's are really good at politics.

7. Thank you for the compliment.
I just try to remember that they are politicians after all. (Politics: Poli a Latin word meaning many; and tics meaning bloodsucking creatures.) I just think we should all keep a level head and not start worshiping them like idols, especially to the point where we are calling our fellow DU'ers horrific things if they happen to have another opinion. That I have seen for a few months on here. Thank you again. You made me blush just a little!! Blessings and peace.

3. Strange things can happen after open heart surgery..
Noone knows why exactly, but it isn't uncommon for the patient to become really depressed a week or so after the surgery. I had bypass surgery and I was in the hospital for a week. The morning before I was to go home I was very happy about it. That night, I had fallen so far into depression that I just didn't care anymore. The depression lasted for a about four months. It was awful. i guess when you have a machine filtering your blood and supplying you with oxygen, it can do a number on your head. They have to paralyze a person for that kind of surgery.

6. He doesn't seem well, healthwise...
Today's footage of him saying to a crowd that he feels "like scrambled eggs" but he'll do his best to do what he came to do is a little worrying. Is he okay??

10. i'd wager anything that bill clinton is tired of lies, especially when they are levied against his
wife ... and wants the record to be set straight.
