see link - http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/national.html for details, including each Dem vs. Romney, Huckabee, and Rudi numbers!

All Dem Candidates beat all Republicans (Obama beats them all by the largest Margins averaged) EXCEPT McCain, and one outlier has Rudi beating Edwards.

Obama and Clinton each beat McCain in two polls, lose to McCain in 5 polls (one outlier has McCain beating Hillary by 11 pts).

One Outlier poll shows Edwards beating McCain by 7pts, but same poll (Rasmussen) shows Edwards losing to Guliani by 1%.

5. We All Better Hope They Nominate Mittens. We Have a Chance of Beating Mittens

McCain is looking harder to beat with every passing day.

We have to win the popular vote by well over 5% or we lose. Most of these matchups show us losing outright.
The few in which we come out ahead, it is by such a small margin that the Repigs' electoral college advantage more than makes up for it.
That is BEFORE accounting for Repiglican election fraud.
The only exception is Rasmussen's number for Edwards vs. McCain, which shows Edwards ahead by 7% — the closest thing to a solid lead to be had by us this year.

Looking at these polling numbers is causing the hope to drain out of me.
