Hillary as 'shrub lite'
My biggest fear about voting on the Hillary ticket is her tendency to be a war hawk. I can imagine her becoming like Marg Thatcher and finding herself a Falkland Islands war to occupy her productive time. Don't want that.

"Historically, it has been the right wing of the Republican Party that has opposed international legal restrictions on the activities of the United States and its allies to advance America's hegemonic agenda. Now, however, Hillary Clinton also shares this view, indicating a clear break with the internationalist and law-based principles espoused by such previous Democratic leaders as Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Roosevelt, and Harry Truman. Indeed, Senator Clinton's notions of what constitutes the legitimate use of force by the United States are so extreme, she would - if elected - likely become the most aggressive-minded Democratic president since James K. Polk."

1. Somewhere between DUers belief that HRC is a war-hawk and Freepers belief
that she is a surrender monkey...somewhere between these two points must be the truth.

2. Well, that's a bit much
I think Hillary will be too weak to counter the warmonger-industrial caucus in government. I hardly think she will be "hegemonic" or "another Shrub".

Still and Edwards supporter, here!

The left's spin of Wilson's/Roosevelt's/Truman's foreign policy is downright absurd.

oh, and I look forward to your spin of the doctrine as well. :)

4. If repeating an idea makes it true, this one is true.
