I heard on NPR that in SC, when the machines aren't working and substitute paper ballots run out
voters can cast their vote on any sheet of paper. You don't have to wait for more substitute ballots to arrive. Might help some . . .

2. Ballot stuffing made easy! I am all for paper, but
if there is no official ballot, what about the chain of custody when they re-count. Paper could come from anywhere. In real paper counted places, you have to account for every ballot printed. You can still mess with them, I am sure, but you couldn't just slip in new ballots!

I am just very cynical about the process. What ever happened to people putting an x by their candidate on an official printed ballot. Even your local Staples would work as long as you have bi-partisan witnesses that can verify how many ballots were printed, and protect the ballot box.

4. I feel very concerned about tomorrow.
They had so many problems last week and that was with a weak turn out. But Democrats are going to flood those polls.
