7. Market value is whatever a buyer is willing to pay. I'm probably one
of the few posting who ever actually met the seller's price on the first bid, but that's because I really wanted this house. Most people begin negotiations by underbidding the seller's price.

17. Except in During the Real Estate Bubble Around Here, When the Asking Price Was Where Bidding Opened
and people were talking about getting "a bargain, only $100,000 over the asking price".

16. I'd like to be able to buy a 1.5 million dollar house
less than a year after declaring I am broke. Heck people with darn good salaries can't get a 1.5 million dollar house.

12. I'm voting for the other guy, but if I had to choose between those
two options, I'd vote for the one who made money on it---shows more competence.

14. The truth is you have HRC cleared by first the Pillsbury, Madison
Edited on Fri Jan-25-08 11:46 AM by BenDavid
Sutro in december 95. Then second, you have the ken starr report to congress and no charges there either. Both were cleared in both reports, but it did seem strange that it took 2 plus years for starr to arrive at the same conclusions that Pillsbury, Madison Sutro had. HRC is still the most investigated woman in american history....She has been fully vetted whereas obama has not and there could be some interesting things yet to come up....

Don't worry, if Hillary gets the nom, the GOP will provide a thorough refresher for you.
