Nice Time Magazine profile of Michelle Obama
http://www.time.com/time/politics/article/0,8599,1706706,00.html?cnn=yes

Elizabeth Edwards and Michelle Obama are such compelling figures. Rarely have I seen 2 candidates in 1 race with such strong, intelligent and witty spouses with great personalities.

1. Someone in another post had the NERVE to call her a Laura Bush clone...
...not only untrue, but completely inappropriate.

2. I hope she runs some day and beats Condi to the first Black woman Prez.
Whether Obama wins or not. I think she'd be a great candidate and eventual President.

3. She's obnoxious: "If you can't run your own house how can you run the White House"
Let's see what comes up if we spend 100 million dollars investigating BO's background.

4. Her resume is even shorter than her husbands
She is your run of the mill politico's wife. Okay, she's good at pumping her fist in the air and she loves her husband and kids.
I just don't see how she compares to one of the most popular presidents of the past fifty years.
I realize you blindly hate the Clintons even more than the republicans.
Your candidate has already intimated that you will not vote for Hillary if she wins the primary. But do you actually find these people interesting?
The Obama family is so boring it's difficult to believe they are democrats.

5. who the hell are you?
She is as qualified aand experienced as Hillary CLinton was. She jsut doesn't want to go playing the politician like some other power obsessed individual I don't care to name.
She graduated from Princeton and Harvard Law, worked and one of the top law firms in the country, worked on the board of Hospital, and some local industry. That is quite probably more than YOU have achieved.
And doubtlessly as high achievements as ANY other first lady in history.

You are really desperate and bursting at the seams...

6. I wasn't comparing her to myself, just to a former president ...
of the United States. Sorry, she still comes up short. I'm not surprised by your attitude though, very obamaesque. You must feel so superior to anyone who doesn't love Michele and Obama. I hear you all are more intelligent and insightful than the rest of the country. Too bad it's a democracy and my vote counts as much as yours.
