Report: Florida Sen. Bill Nelson Will Endorse Hillary
By Eric Kleefeld - January 25, 2008, 6:03PM
The Huffington Post reports that Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL), the top elected Democrat in the Sunshine State, will endorse Hillary Clinton for president.

Nelson's endorsement probably has something to do with Hillary's newly-announced support for seating the state's delegates, which were taken away by the Democratic National Committee because of the state's rogue primary. Nelson has become champion of the early Florida primary, even unsuccessfully suing the DNC in federal court to have the delegates restored.

5. interesting timing.
Hillary comes out saying that Florida's delegates should be seated- and Nelson has led the whole Florida rebellion. What a surprise. Not.

8. I'm laughing of what i just read in peoples comments on Kos

They are saying Hillary is being disloyal to the party by wanting to get the Florida and Michigan delegates and at the same threatening to be disloyal to the party and not support the party candidate if Hillary is the Nominee.

Whats with that shit.

9. Oh, really the dead man walking actually made it official
This is not a surprise at all. He's been Hillary's surrogate in FL for quite a while. He was the one to press the law suit against the DNC to force Dean to seat the candidates after Hillary was ensured the default victory.

Remember ... Hillary nominated -> Howard Dean is gone.

She will use anything or anybody, including the vast Democratic machine built by Dean and MoveOn and then throw them under the bus to ensure she is not challenged again by them.
